Abhinaya Taranga is the leading Theatre Training School in Bangalore. Created in 1964 as a series theatre workshops , Abhinaya Taranga was developed into a full-blown theatre school in 1981.

The mission of Abhinaya Taranga is to make quality theatre education accessible to theatre aspirants from diverse backgrounds of the society. The institute aims at creating a learning environment that fosters meaningful work, whilst preparing its students to be courageous, innovative artists with integrity.

'My Name is I Love You'     

As a part of their BangaloREsidency program with Goethe Institut, Abhinaya Taranga hosted Theatre Director Verena Regensburger.

The play directed by Verena, 'My Name Is I Love You'  is an insight to the obstacles three young men have to deal in their pursuit of love in the context of the Indian society.
